MetaFi will consider your complaint without prejudice, and your complaint will be handled in a reasonable amount of time. You agree to use the complaints process before alternative solutions such as legal action. You agree to use the complaints procedure before filing claims with a bank in case of stolen cards or other issues. Failure to comply with these provisions may be used as evidence of your fraudulent conduct, bad faith, or unwillingness to settle the issue.
