Apple will not be responsible or liable for any third-party claim that your possession or use of the Apple application infringes on intellectual property rights. You state by agreeing with the Terms of Use that you are not in any country subject to US government embargo or that has been determined by the US to be a “terrorist supporting country,” and further agree that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.If your application doesn’t conform to the warranty applying to it, you may in this instance notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price of the application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple does not give or enter into any warranty or condition regarding the application and is not liable for claims, losses, or other expenses related to your use of the application or the use of others.
