5. REFUND POLICY
5.1. MetaFi bears no liability or responsibility for losses incurred by the inappropriate, incorrect, illegal or unauthorized use of our services. We will not cover losses or provide refunds in such cases.
5.2. Refunds apply only to funds deposited by the Client to MetaFi, not to any funds or assets processed as MetaFi services. In the event that a refund is approved for any reason, the refund will not exceed the original deposit.
5.3. Blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible. It is not possible to cancel or modify a blockchain transaction after it has been made, including during the phase that the transaction is pending. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the details of such transactions are correct.
5.4. Refunds may only be authorized in cases where funds were, due to unforeseen errors or technical issues, not credited to the Client Account as appropriate after the client has bought or sold digital assets. Refunds will be authorized at the discretion of MetaFi and funds will be returned to the client in the same manner and to the same address, debit card, or account through which they were deposited.
5.5. Client can contact support at any time at support@MetaFi.com to make an inquiry or file a dispute or request regarding a refund. The client is obligated to provide support with all necessary details on request when asking for a refund. Submission of a refund request, inquiry, or dispute regarding a refund does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
5.6. If a client does not provide the necessary details with the request, including the description and justification for the refund, or if the Client has already used all or part of the purchased Digital Assets assets, MetaFi has the right to decline such a refund request without further consideration.
5.7. MetaFi shall notify the Client of its final decision regarding a refund within 7 business days following the receipt of all requested documents or information, or within 14 business days following the receipt and reviewing of the refund request if no further information or document is required. Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and in any event within 7 days after MetaFi has approved a refund. Refund transactions can take up to 10 business days, excluding time needed for funds transfer from the bank or payment provider to your account. In case, Refunding for Mobile carrier billing, It may take 1-30 business days. Your carrier can affect processing time and sometimes takes longer.
5.8. MetaFi expects the User to contact via email: support@MetaFi.sh to resolve any problem or issue related to his/her payments before the User makes any Chargeback request. This Section does not affect any rights and/or claims, that the User may have against the bank/financial institution.
5.9. MetaFi reserves the right to suspend the Client’s account and lock the Client’s Funds during the chargeback investigation procedure.
