22. JURISDICTION

22.1. Any legal claim or dispute regarding the use of the Website or other Products and these Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal laws of the Republic of Vietnam without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of Vietnam or any other jurisdiction).

22.2. Any lawsuit or legal action as mentioned above will be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Vietnam. MetaFi reserves the right to bring any suit, action or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

22.3 In agreeing to these Terms of Use, you waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venues in such courts. Exceptions may be made if the prevailing legislation relevant to the dispute or claim states otherwise.
