6. CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1. Pending and completed buys, sells, exchanges, deposits, and withdrawals on the Client Account cannot be canceled or reversed by the Client. It is not possible to alter, reverse, or cancel transactions made on blockchain networks, and users should ensure that they have entered the correct addresses and amounts when transferring digital assets.

6.2. MetaFi processes all digital asset transactions according to the instructions and information provided by the client and does not guarantee the identity of any recipient. The user acknowledges that he is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any instructions or information submitted to MetaFi and that any errors may result in the irreversible loss of his stored digital asset.

6.3. MetaFi does not accept liability or responsibility for any funds lost due to errors made by the client when entering this information. It is possible to permanently lose or destroy certain digital assets by sending them to an incompatible address.
